Joshua D. Chambliss,
A veteran police officer with 24 years of dedicated service to his community he has served in many capacities to include administration, criminal investigations, narcotic investigations, patrol and community relations. Joshua has been involved in local government where he has worked hand in hand with city leaders for future city development. Joshua is a combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom where he provided personal protection for dignitaries, and high ranking officials. Josh is a graduate of Arkansas State University and has a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice, Disaster Preparedness, and Communications.

Brandon H. Grimes,

Brandon retired from Law Enforcement in 2019 after 26 years of service. He has an extensive background in law enforcement that ranges from patrol, narcotics, undercover operations, intelligence gathering, criminal investigations and administrative operations. Brandon obtained his Senior Law Enforcement Certification through the State of Arkansas in 2015. He is a certified instructor and Security Training Agent through the State of Arkansas, Pepper Spray Instructor, Firearms Instructor, Arkansas Concealed Handgun Licensing Instructor (basic and enhanced) ALERRT Active Shooter Instructor and Stop The Bleed Combat Casualty Care Instructor. Brandon has over 1700 hours of specialized training mainly dealing with investigations and administration.
Brandon is a graduate of the School of Law Enforcement Supervision (SLES), which is designated as an FBI Command Course and Arkansas Leader. Through experience and training such as these programs it has allowed him to develop and cultivate excellent management skills.
Brandon is also a Past President of the Arkansas Narcotics Officers Association which, under his guidance and leadership saw a dramatic increase in membership as well as financial stability during his tenure.
After retiring from Law Enforcement, Brandon worked as the Chief Investigator for the Arkansas State Board of Nursing where he gained extensive knowledge of working investigations concerning violations of the Nurse Practice Act.
Along with his position with Cornerstone, Brandon is currently employed full time as the Director of Security for one of Arkansas leading Medical Marijuana Cultivation facilities.
Brandon brings extensive and unique private security experience to the company with his background in working and leading security teams through times of natural disasters such as hurricanes. Brandon has had operational leads and logistics handling experience and experience in successfully providing team coverage for retail clients such as Wal-Mart and Costco. He also has a strong background in church security and training church/business security teams.
